SkyNomad Travel and Tours respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

SkyNomad Travel and Tours is a travel agency accredited by the Philippine Department of Tourism, Accreditation No. DOT-NCR-TRA-0360P-2025, with its office at Unit 2C-11 and 12, 2/F, 999 Shopping Mall, cor. Libis Espina St., Caloocan City, Philippines 1400.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the service you request we may collect your contact details, your travel details, identity and visa documents such as passport details, photographs, employment and financial documents where required to process an application on your behalf, and basic website usage data.

3. How we use your information

Only to deliver the service you asked for: responding to your inquiry, booking flights, accommodation, tours and insurance, preparing and submitting visa applications, keeping the records we are required to keep as an accredited agency, and sending booking updates. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent.

4. Who we share it with

Only where necessary to deliver your booking: airlines, hotels, tour operators and transport providers; embassies, consulates and visa application centres; insurance providers; and government agencies where legally required. We never sell your personal data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, and to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. After that it is securely disposed of.

6. How we protect it

We apply reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures, including restricting access to authorised staff and securing physical documents in our office. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously given the sensitivity of passport and financial documents.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct inaccurate data, to object to processing or request erasure or blocking where the law allows, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
