No. Quotes and consultations are completely free, whether you message us, call, or walk into the office. You only pay once you have agreed to a booking.
Yes. Every service here can be booked on its own. Plenty of our clients come to us for a single ticket, or only for visa assistance.
Yes, for tickets booked through us. We handle it with the airline directly. Airline change fees and fare differences still apply, and we tell you what they are before proceeding.
Yes. We handle group bookings for companies, associations and schools, including block hotel reservations, group air fares and documentation for accounting.
No agency can guarantee approval, the decision belongs to the embassy. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and correctly presented, which is where most denials come from. If you are refused we go through the reasons with you and advise on reapplying.
