These terms govern bookings and services provided by SkyNomad Travel and Tours. By making an inquiry, a booking or a payment with us, you agree to them.

1. Bookings and quotations

All quotations are valid for a limited period and subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Airfares, hotel rates and package prices change frequently and are only guaranteed once your booking is confirmed and the required payment received. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation.

2. Payments

Most bookings require a deposit to secure your slot, with the balance due before ticket issuance or departure. Payment schedules vary by package and are stated in writing in your quotation. Please make payments only through the official channels we confirm to you in writing. If someone asks you to pay a different account, stop and call our office on +63 925 777 3031 to verify first.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms are set by the airline, hotel, tour operator or insurer, not by us, and vary considerably. Many promotional fares and rates are non-refundable. Where a refund is possible, supplier processing times apply. Our own service and processing fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Changes to your booking

Requests to change dates, names or routing are subject to supplier rules and usually incur change fees and any fare difference. We always tell you the total cost before proceeding.

5. Travel documents and visas

It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport, visa and any other entry documents for your destination and transit points. Visa approval is decided entirely by the embassy or consulate concerned. We cannot and do not guarantee approval. Our fee covers preparation, review and submission, and remains payable regardless of outcome. Government and visa centre fees are separate. Admission into any country is decided by its immigration authorities at the border.

6. Our role as an agent

For flights, accommodation, transport, tours and insurance we act as a booking agent for the suppliers concerned. Those services are delivered under the supplier own terms, and we are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays or cancellations. Where things go wrong we will do what we reasonably can to assist.

7. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance for every international trip, and several destinations require it as a visa condition. Cover, exclusions and claim procedures are determined by the insurer policy document, which you should read before travelling.

8. Group tours

Group departures require a minimum number of participants. If that minimum is not reached we may reschedule or offer an alternative, and will tell you as early as we reasonably can. Itineraries are indicative and may be adjusted for weather, local conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate personal details exactly as they appear on your passport, check all documents we issue and tell us immediately about errors, arrive within the airline check-in window, and comply with the laws and customs of the countries you visit.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, war, terrorism, airport closures or government action.

11. Photographs

We sometimes take group photos on our tours and may use them in our marketing. If you would prefer not to appear, tell your tour leader or email us and we will exclude or remove the image.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
