General Requirements
What you will usually need
Every embassy differs and rules change. Treat this as a starting point and message us for the current list.
Passport valid at least six months beyond your travel dates with blank pages; a completed application form, which we prepare with you; a recent photo meeting that embassy exact size and background rules; a confirmed round-trip flight reservation; hotel booking confirmation for your whole stay; and a day-by-day itinerary.
Usually bank statements covering the last three to six months, a bank certificate, and proof of income. Embassies look for a consistent balance rather than a large deposit that appeared last week. We advise on how to present this and how far in advance to prepare.
If employed: a certificate of employment stating position, salary and approved leave, plus recent payslips and your income tax return. If self-employed: DTI or SEC registration, business permit, and business bank statements. If retired, a student or a dependant, we advise on the supporting letters and sponsor documents needed instead.
China commonly requires the online application form printed and signed, a specific photo specification, and for business visas an invitation letter from the Chinese company or the Canton Fair invitation. If you travel with us to the Canton Fair we take care of that invitation as part of the package.
Schengen countries require insurance with a minimum medical cover of 30,000 euros valid across the whole Schengen area. Japan and several others strongly recommend it. We can issue a visa-compliant certificate the same day.
You will generally need your ACR I-Card or valid Philippine visa alongside your passport, and some embassies require you to apply in your country of nationality instead. Message us with your nationality and residency status and we confirm whether we can process your application here.
